New health app aims to transform health care in Africa

May 28, 2020 - Nairobi, Kenya, Africa - Nairobi-based TIBU Health is the first startup in the region that brings clinical services to people’s homes. Customers log into a mobile app to request a service - ranging from a physical, to a consultation, to a COVID-19 test - and TIBU deploys a medical officer on a traffic-weaving motorbike to their home at a time when people are more home-bound than ever.
