October 15, 2020 - The Ministry of Health of Mount Vema, seeks to appoint a General Project Coordinator to coordinate the directives of the Secretary of State to all personnel working or to be working as project coordinators in all departments of the Ministry of Health including floating hospital projects, pharmacies, procurement and stock of medicine, and procurement and stock of medical equipment.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be the ‘General Project Coordinator for the Ministry of Health’, and will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the drafting of the rules with regards to the day-to-day management of Healthcare Projects for the City of Mount Vema, as well as healthcare projects related to the Vema Seamount Territory overseas. As a General Project Coordinator, you will need to follow a standard process, as defined by government and ministerial protocol, and oversee other departments within the Ministry of Health and check their progress with regards to:
Salary and Benefits The salary is $60,000 US dollras per year. Paid monthly in arrears. The benefits include paid medical coverage, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a pension plan. Benefits are only applicable after you complete three months on the job. Working hours You will work normal business hours (Mount Vema Time Zone = UTC+1) Monday to Friday however, you may be expected to work additional hours to meet deadlines without overtime compensation. Work Conditions As you will be working outside Mount Vema, you may be provided with a private Office at a later stage however, initially you will be expected to work from home. Travel is almost always involved in this role, and therefore the work environment may vary quite dramatically day to day. Except for the use of the software to help you monitor and coordinate projects. You will be expected to develop your own ways of work, proving that you follow the protocol and the expected codes of conduct. If overseeing schemes, resources and people motivates you, and you can work under pressure to tight deadlines, this vacancy may suit you. You will need to track work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to project team and other project coordinators, identifying any potential risks.
