Award of Contract - Procurement Notice No. 2019/000044

October 10, 2019 - Mount Vema - Handy Deed, the management contractor, for the City of Mount Vema Development - Phase 2 (Shipbuilding and Floating Infrastructure) - hereby notifies all tenderers for Procurement Notice No. 2019/000044, to Design and Build a Superyacht to transport guests to the City of Mount Vema building sites, that tender submissions for this project is now closed.

Until a formal contract is prepared and executed, the notification of award sent to the successful tender constitutes a binding Contract. All tenderers for this procurement No. 2019/000044 have been notified of the award.

​Any tender who have not received notification should inform the Office for General Procurement, and may request for a debriefing to seek explanations on the grounds on which their Tender was not selected.

This notification is in line with the Vema Seamount Authority General Procurement Notice. The management contractors for this project, hereinafter referred to as “the Employers” are authorized to use the City of Mount Vema Project - Bond Fund which will be used to honor this contract.
