Gollexi proposes plans to make it easier to list on the Mount Vema Stock Exchange

​October 02, 2020 – Gollexi, the company that manages the Mount Vema Stock Exchange told VSBCnews that it plans to submit a proposal to the government to make it easier for companies to list on the Stock Exchange.
 
At present, listing a company on the Mount Vema Stock Exchange is a complex and time-consuming process, from choosing the right advisers to the careful planning of ensuring that the process proceeds smoothly.
 
According to sources at the Gollexi, a growing number of companies have expressed interest to list in the Mount Vema Stock Exchange, for access to capital for growth and create a market for their stocks as it becomes clearer each day that Mount Vema is where growth will be at least for the next two to three decades.
 
But the problem is according to the Gollexi, the listing process is too complex and time consuming. The Gollexi says that for a small territory, the process should be easier if Mount Vema aims to be the most internationally focused stock exchange in the region, as it embarks on its mission to become known for high standards of regulation.
