Government ready to place orders for 5 Sikorsky S-76 helicopters

October 05, 2020 – His Mount Vema Majesty’s Government has confirmed on Monday that it is ready to place orders by December this year for 5 Sikorsky S-76 helicopters if the manufacturer expresses interest to work with Mount Vema on the project.
 
The confirmation comes after the government first announced in August this year that Mount Vema intends to place initial orders for 5 Sikorsky S-76 helicopters by the end of this year.
 
Two of the helicopters will be made available to the Mount Vema Coast Guard for search and rescue operations, one for official use, and two to be made available for hire by Mount Vema companies such as W-Southern to facilitate the transportation of visitors and people in between vessel or sites within the Vema Seamount Territorial waters.
