November 27, 2020 – RBMV Bank, the Royal Bank of Mount Vema is looking for people with knowledge of the banking business, wealth and investment management with excellent communication and organisational skill, to take on the rewarding yet challenging work of ensuring that the high interest Special Saving Account provided by the RBMV Bank to its clients globally, meets their needs.
The successful candidates will help ensure that special savings account holders are satisfied with the services provided and that they are maintained informed and looked after in their dealings with the RBMV Bank. You will listen to the customers through surveys, finding out what new services they want before gathering and analysing their feedback and usage data, to help the bank make decisions about the future of the services - what will and won't be possible, which features to prioritise or to drop altogether.

As a Special Savings Account Manager your tasks will include:
Salary and Benefits
The salary is $22,000 US dollars per year, plus monthly target bonus (paid at the end of the month when any set target is met, and annual performance bonus paid at the end of the year.
Salary is paid monthly in arrears.
The benefits include paid medical coverage, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a pension plan. Benefits are only applicable after you complete three months on the job.
You will work normal business hours 9am to 5pm (Mount Vema Time Zone = UTC+1) Monday to Friday however, you may be expected to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
As you will be working outside Mount Vema, you may be provided with an Office at a later stage however, initially you will be expected to work from home.
If your application is accepted, you will be required to open a bank account with a Mount Vema bank, if you do not already have a Mount Vema bank account.
What to expect
There are no formal qualifications needed, although candidates with a relevant qualification, especially a degree in sales, business, banking and financial services, or relevant experience will be preferred.
