Handy Deed, the management contractor in charge of the invitations for Tenders to design and build the City of Mount Vema Phase 2, has made the following modifications to Procurement Notices No. 2019/000001-to-72.
The one square kilometer area first allocated, has been modified. The foundation works will now cover only an area of 300 square meters per site, which will support a section of the circular highway, and which will form part of the breakwaters and the City of Mount Vema docklands.
This modification is in line with the Vema Seamount Authority General Procurement Notice, and the Tender Documents prepared by the RBMV Bank for Handy Deed – The Management Contractor for the procurement of works through open tendering in compliance with the City of Mount Vema Project Procurement Policies and Rules for projects that are financed in whole or in part by the City of Mount Vema Project - Bond Fund.
All Modifications and Tender Documents are derived from the Master Document for Procurement of Works prepared by the City of Mount Vema Bond Fund raised and managed by the RBMV Bank Investment Banking Division, in line with the rules set by the Ministry of National Development and Land Maintenance and the ROYAL HOUSE GUARDIAN – THE DEPARTMENT OF THE AUDITOR GENERAL. The procedures and practices presented in them reflect “best practices” by the City of Mount Vema Project Participants.
