Notification of Award of Contract - Procurement Notice No. 2019/000005

August 30, 2019 - Mount Vema - The Office for General Procurement, for the City of Mount Vema Development - Phase 2 - hereby notifies all tenderers for Procurement Notice No. 2019/000005 - Build - Construction of Site 9 & Site 10, 5th Avenue, Breakwater Docks. To be the home of the Port of Mount Vema – Bulk Section (West Section), and Site 10 to be home of the Center for Maintenance of the City of Mount Vema Resort and Breakwaters, that tender submissions for this section of the project is now closed.

Until a formal contract is prepared and executed, the notification of award sent to the successful tenders constitutes a binding Contract. All tenderers for procurement No. 2019/000005 have been notified of this award.

​Any tender who have not received notification for this award should inform the Office for General Procurement, and may request for a debriefing to seek explanations on the grounds of which their Tenders were not selected.

This notification is in line with the Vema Seamount Authority General Procurement Notice. The management contractor for this project, hereinafter referred to as “the Employers” is authorized to use the City of Mount Vema Project - Bond Fund which will be used to honor this contract.
