April 28, 2020 – Mount Vema - Handy Deed has intensified its procurement operations to buy ships for Mount Vema. The ships will be used to clean up Mount Vema as soon as MONTfisheries completes it filming of the summit of Vema Seamount.
But what is the current state of the City of Mount Vema construction project?
Some say that the City of Mount Vema Project is behind schedule, but that is not the case, because there was never a set date to complete until very recently as more and more people make reservations for a floating home in Mount Vema.
Before, people bought Mount Vema properties Off-Plan to sale at later stage for profit, which is still the case but there is now a growing number of people planning to move to Mount Vema so that is when the government started to focus on deadlines.
The Vema Seamount Authority is very environmentally conscious, so everything he authorises to take place in Mount Vema, he does so extremely careful and takes his time to consider all the available options.
These days all you hear are environmentalists going on about saving the oceans and talking about how Mount Vema has a flourishing marine life, but they always forget to mention the transformation, how remarkable it is now, on the map, global awareness, and with a booming marine life. This is the result of his efforts going for more than a decade, when some people did not even know that this once overfished part of the world even existed, so we do not think he would anything to jeopardise that now.
The pundits think the project is behind schedule, it is not behind schedule it is within what is possible, but very soon we will see an increase in the number of works permits and vessels within the Vema Seamount Territorial waters.
Each vessel will have a license detailing the activities they are allowed to and what they are not allowed. The first task will be the filming of the summit of the entire Vema Seamount by sections of 1x1 km by coordinates which will be approximately 110 section of the entire territory.
Then the clean-up begins to clear all abandoned fishing gear and items that do not form part of the natural environment of the seamount, lay marks on the summit of the seamount to create areas for future works. All this off course will be done with care so not to destroy the marine life. The marks will then be visible on the surface and, will first be used to collect samples of the fauna and types of rocks of each marked area.
The vessel which will operate as the laboratory on site will analyse and submit data of their findings before any decision is made to lay the concrete blocks on the selected areas of the summit to create the breakwaters which will protect the city from any destructive force of the wave, and that’s it. What will follow will be the prefabricated floating homes which will be designed and built to withstand the occasionally gale force winds in Mount Vema.
