April 21, 2021 – Six months after Vander Legal, the leading law firm of the Kingdom of Mount Vema announced plans to hire more than 50 lawyers, the firm has finally confirmed that it is processing applications.
In October last year the company said in a statement, that it needs more lawyers including paralegal staff to join its team of legal professionals across the world to clear the backlog of 1000s of contracts and drafting of legal documents for its clients, including His Mount Vema Majesty’s Government departments, government agencies and Mount Vema companies.
Unlike other Mount Vema companies and government agencies, Vander Legal has not yet posted the job vacancies on W-contractors official Mount Vema webpage. Sources told VSBCnews that the firm is trying to find candidates first within the society before posting the vacancy with W-contractors.
The new recruitment strategy the source said, is not because W-contractors charges Mount Vema companies for every candidate it finds, but simply because Vander Legal is trying to give opportunities to legal professionals who are already part of the system.
So, who is then part of the system?
Being part of the system means you already have a Mount Vema Postal Service account, which enables you to communicate directly with Mount Vema employers and other legal entities as you are provided with access to the Mount Vema Postal Service database which tells you who is who within the Mount Vema Society and their postal service account number for direct messages thus bypassing the need to use the general switchboard.
The Postal Service account also enables you to exchange documents, pictures, and videos free of charge. Within the Mount Vema Society, you do not exchange telephone number or your e-mail address, what you exchange is simply your Postal Service Account number.
Being part of the system also means you already have a Mount Vema bank account, so when your job application is accepted, the employer doesn’t need to think about whether your application for a bank account will be accepted which is another requirement to be considered for employment within the Mount Vema society anywhere in the world, except for when there are special currency or financial arrangements between the Kingdom of Mount Vema and your country of residence that makes you immune from the need to have a Mount Vema bank account especially if are going to be located outside Mount Vema throughout the duration of the contract.
The successful candidates will join a growing number of legal professionals providing services to VANDER Legal from across the world taking instructions from clients including individuals, groups, public sector organisations or private companies in their dealings with Mount Vema and its establishments.
VANDER Legal is listed in the Mount Vema Stock Exchange and is one of the most international firm of Mount Vema providing expert legal support and advice to clients in areas including banking, commercial, construction, employment, equity and trusts, family, human rights, intellectual property, shipping, and tax.
Depending on the area of expertise, the successful candidates will advise on a range of issues, including personal issues like buying and selling Title Plans (Mount Vema off-plan property), wills and probate, personal injury claims and criminal litigation. Commercial work includes helping new enterprises get established, advising on complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions) and business-related disputes. As well as protecting the rights of individuals like making sure they receive compensation if unfairly treated by public or private bodies.
Unlike other jobs published on W-contractons.com, legal professionals will not need to be based in Mount Vema to meet and interview clients or to establish the firm's suitability to provide the necessary advice and services, based on the firm's specialism and likely cost.
The successful candidates will take a client's instructions, advise a client on the law of the Vema Seamount Territory and legal issues relating to their case, draft documents, letters, and contracts tailored to the client's individual needs, negotiate with clients and other professionals to secure agreed objectives, correspond with clients and opposing solicitors, attend meetings (which may be virtual) and negotiations with opposing parties on a variety of issues.
Experienced candidates according to our sources, will work in a team, sometimes referring cases to the head of department, supervise and delegate work to trainee solicitors, paralegals, and legal secretaries as appropriate practicing the laws of Mount Vema across the world.
